CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
TO ADVERTISE YOUR REAL ESTATE SERVICES ON
RELOCATE MILITARY.COM, LLC

By reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract, you are agreeing to advertise your Real Estate and or Broker services on Relocate Military.com.

Terms of this contract:

1. We require all Real Estate Agents and Brokers that want to advertise their services on Relocate Military.com, LLC to sign a 1 year contract. 

Your advertising fee for 1 year will consist of $300.00. When this contract expires, all terms will remain the same unless otherwise negotiated. If you have a real estate license in more than one state and would like to advertise your services under more than 1 state, the following fees will apply:

Advertise in 2 states - $ 400.00 total per year
Advertise in 3 states - $ 500.00 total per year
Advertise in 4 states - $ 600.00 total per year
Advertise in 5 states - $ 700.00 total per year
Advertise in 6 or more states/Nationally - Flat fee of $ 1300.00 per year

Your total advertising fee for 1 year with Relocate Military.com, LLC is due in full when signing and dating this contract.

10% of your total contract fee will be donated to various military charities which means…

Total your yearly advertising fees, times that by 10% and that amount will be put toward various donations that you see shown on our Donations/Lend a Hand page. “You” pick the charity or charities and we apply the 10% of your advertising fee toward the charities that you designate.

Ex. $300.00 X 10% = $30.00 (amount to be put toward donations)
    $1300.00 X 10% = $130.00(amount to be put toward donations)

Note: See our “Donation and Charity Contribution” sheet at the end of this contract to fill in the names of the charities and amounts that you would like Relocate Military.com to donate to.

2. Relocate Military.com will only accept 12 Realtors/Brokers per Military Installation to advertise their services on our website. Because our military will need your services in various areas that fall near and of greater distances from each military installation, the following distance guidelines apply:

You are able to advertise your services under one Military Installation, in an area of your choice.  We will allow 12 Realtors to advertise their services (with in 30 miles) of their desired Military Installation and we will allow 5 Realtors per zip code to advertise their service (30+ miles outside) of each Military Installation. 

Mileage guidelines will be established by logging onto http://www.mapquest.com/directions.

Ex. Click on Mapquest.com - Under "Starting Location" enter the Command Center for "military installation name" ex. command center for Fort Richardson, List the city as Fort Richardson, state is AK, have the "Ending Location" listed under which location, city, state and zip code in which you would like to work in. At the bottom of your results you will find the total miles from your starting location to your ending location shown.

ex. Advertising Displayed as shown for:

Fort Richardson, Alaska - 

or it will be listed under:

Fort Richardson, Alaska - (Realtors located in areas Outside of Fort Richardson, AK)

CITIES:

Wasilla, AK / zip code - 99654

3. To make our website more personal for our clients, Relocate Military.com will require you to write a paragraph about yourself and the services you offer.  We will display your information under “Real Estate Professionals” categorized under the state of your choice and the military installation you have chosen.  

Explain in this paragraph what makes you stand out in your field and why you want to advertise on Relocate Military.com. We will also require you to give us a picture of yourself or your Logo that we can put by your contact information. By giving us this information our clients will be able to pick Real Estate Professionals that will best meet their needs and their family’s needs. Ex. If you personally have children and you don’t mind people eating in your car… tell our clients about it in your paragraph. If you used to be in the military, that would be something that they can identify with. I think you get the idea of where we are going with this! 

All description of your services will have to be approved by Relocate Military.com.  If editing services are needed, we will make sure that the information you provide will stand out to its fullest potential.  (No more than 3-4 lines of text please)

4. As part of your contractual agreement, you are also required to call back all clients referred to you by Relocate Military.com with in a 24 hr time frame at all times during in which you are "potentially working", "working for" or "on behalf" of these clients. Professional conduct will be required at all times and profanity or such language can not ever be used. Relocate Military.com will contact various customers and obtain customer service surveys to ensure all of our customers are happy with their services. If you as a Realtor/Broker are written up in a negative manner more than 10 times during the term of your contract, Relocate Military has the right and authority to delete your services from our website and no portion of your advertising fee will be refunded. You will be required to unlink your website from Relocate Military.com with in 24 hrs. of receiving written notice of these actions.

Your business and its services are independently owned by you and by signing this agreement, you fully understand that you are responsible for all of your business license, real estate license, broker license and classes required to maintain your license per your state guidelines in which you reside and/or run your business. You must be registered with the board of Realtors in the city/state in which you have your license ina nd city/state in which your work. If you don't and these terms are not met, Relocate Military.com, LLC will delete all of your business information from our website and no refund will be given. You are also responsible for notifying Relocate Military.com, LLC immediately if you make the decision to terminate or no longer use your Real Estate or Broker services in their official compacity. Relocate Military.com, LLC will remove you from our website and no portion of your advertising fee will be refunded.

5. You are required to have an established website so you will be able to link to Relocate Military.com. If you do not have one, please notify me and we can get one designed for you at a minimal cost. Please email customerservice@relocatemilitary.com and we will make sure that you are taken care of.

6. You will be required to “Link” to Relocate Military.com. Please click on our “Link to us” to find various banners that will enhance your website.

7. We would like you to link not only to our home page but also to our Donations/Lend a Hand page to show that you support our military and what we are trying to accomplish at Relocate Military.com. This is not a requirement of this contract but a request to help show support to our military.

By accepting to link your website to Relocate Military.com, LLC you are agreeing to have us “Frame” your website with-in ours.

8. There are no referral fee’s charged by Relocate Military.com to any Real Estate Professional that join this website. Professional’s are able to keep (100%) of their commission.

When you are in need to refer your clients to another realtor because they are moving outside of your area, Relocate Military.com will require you to refer your clients to another Real Estate Professional shown on our website and in turn, you will receive the traditional 25% referral fee as usual and/or negotiated by the realtor in which you will be working with. You are responsible for filling out your own Referral Fee paperwork, as stipulated by the state in which you reside and in accordance with the brokerage that you fall under.

9. Relocate Military.com is not legally responsible for any actions or transactions that may occur directly/indirectly between clients and professionals that are linked to this website. All professionals are independent contractors and are responsible for their own actions at all times in accordance with the state’s laws in which they reside and operate. Any immoral or illegal act initiated by any professional on this website will be dealt with in the strictest legal way possible. The person involved will be reported to their Broker and the Board of Realtors in which they work under with in the state that you reside.

10. I agree to all of the terms stipulated in this contract and will abide by all rules and regulations according to the sate in which I reside and do business in. I will at all times act professionally and will use other professional’s services on this website when ever possible. I will pay Relocate Military.com yearly fees as agreed in this contract.

Relocate Military.com reserves the right at our own discretion to remove you from our website due to unlawful conduct and inappropriate unprofessional conduct at any time. There will be no refund of any unused advertising fee and you will be required to unlink your website from Relocate Military.com, LLC with in 24 hrs of said action and written notice.

If advertising costs increase, you will be notified and given the option of continuing with your contract until it expires or renewing your contract at the new rate once your contract is due for renewal.

We do not guarantee that you will derive any type of income from advertising your services on Relocate Military.com, LLC.

We reserve the right to add more Realtors in the future if supply and demand require it.

Buyers request advertising space with Relocate Military by Phone, Email or Fax.

Processing your Debit/Credit card:  Your debit card or credit card will be charged $300.00 or more depending on the services you are requesting from Relocate Military.com, LLC.  Our company name will shown on your statement next to your payment amount.  We process all of our transactions through a company called Cornerstone Credit, based out of Anchorage AK.  We are able to accept debit cards and we are also able to process over 150 various types of credit cards.  (We prefer debit card transactions when ever possible).

1.  Once you have filled in the information below and hit - "Submit Query", your information will be sent to our Advertising Department where you request will be processed.  We will contact you by phone to obtain your payment information.  Once we have run your debit/credit card, we will shred all of your payment information.  Once payment has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email/receipt showing requested services and payment in full. 

2. You have 72 hrs from the date and time that you sign this contract to cancel this agreement.  If for some reason you change your mind with in the first 72 hr. of signing your contract to advertise your business services on Relocate Military.com, you must email us at customerservice@relocatemilitary.com stating your company name, contact information and why you have changed your mind and we will not charge your credit card.  In the event your credit card transaction has been processed and it is before the 72 hr. window of cancellation, our customer service department will have up to 10 business days to credit your original payment.  A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your cancellation of your contract once this has been done. 

This safeguards that you have a full 72 hr. window to confirm that you do accept our contract to advertise your services on Relocate Military.com, LLC and there is no misunderstanding of services and agreements not being fulfilled.

Any and all information that Relocate Military.com obtains from its clients is confidential. Relocate Military.com will not sell, distribute or trade any personal information that we obtain.

By filling in the above information, you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions of this contract. Your contract agreement will be faxed to our customer service department for processing. To process payment for your advertising services, we will be contacting you by phone to obtain your payment information. After your credit card has been processed we will email you a confirmation notice showing services requested and that you have paid in full for 1 year of advertising space on Relocate Military.com, LLC.
